Have you been pulling your hair out trying to put movies on your Psp? Many folks know it can be done but are confused on how to do it.

Memory

I am going to give you my quick and easy formula for putting movies and video on your Psp. There are only a few steps and it is a cinch on you know how.

First like any recipe...You have your ingredients:

512 Mb Pro Duo Stick (This is what holds your movie files (Mp4)

Dvd Player installed in your computer

Dvd Ripper (This pulls the movie from the Dvd to your computer)

Psp Video Converter (converts movie and video files to Mp4 format that you watch on your Psp.)

(Note: There is software that has both the Dvd Ripper and Converter combined)

Usb Cable

1. Load your Dvd and fire up your Dvd ripper, take the movie or video you want to put on your Psp and hit the "extract" or "rip" button. Tell it where you want to save the file to.

2. If you already have movie and/or video files on your pc then all you need to do is hit "add" from your Dvd ripper and tell it where you want to save the file to.

3. take the file that you saved to your computer and hit the "extract and/or encode" button from your Psp video converter and save that file.

3. If you have Dvd Ripper/Psp Video converter combo software...You can couple steps 1,2 and 3.

At this point you have the files on your Pc...and they are in the strict format.

4. How to download or change your movies to Psp? Just join together your Psp with your Pc with the Usb cable, and create a briefcase on your Memory Stick called "Mp_Root." and create a sub-folder called "100Mnv01." under it. Copy your Mp4 files to this location (no need to copy the .Htm files).

5. Now on your Psp go to video and memory stick and watch your movie!

Memory Loss Causes - What You Need to Know

Having a short term memory loss or experiencing this condition on a quarterly basis can be a scary feeling and the cause of much concern. It is something that is experienced by all people at least one time or someone else in their lifespan, although some people feel it more frequently.

Memory can be divided into three main categories: long term, short term and sensory. Sensory memory is when your brain remembers something that has just occurred or been processed. Short term memory will keep information for a small period of time and long term memory is when information is retained over a period of time such as any years or months.

Memory loss can be caused by a collection of factors, but most often is due to lifestyle choice. Some of these consist of the abuse of alcohol and drugs or prolonged lack of sleep. Stress has also been known to play a prominent role as a cause of memory loss. Tests can be done to see if there are high levels of Cortisol, a stress hormone, which will help to determine if a person is overly stressed.

People who suffer from depression and take anti-depressant medication have also been known to suffer from memory loss. Eating incorrectly can also cause memory loss as this can cause low-blood sugar. This often occurs when people whether overeat on the wrong types of foods or starve themselves during the day and eat a large meal in the evening. Finally, hormones and Thyroid problems have also been known to be the cause of memory-loss.

There are a few things that can be done to forestall memory loss or reduce the frequency of it. Some of these things consist of reducing stress levels by participating in calming activities such as yoga or swimming; exercising regularly, keeping a diary, taking notes and forming general habits which will encourage one to remember things.

Memory Loss and Diabetes

There are many issues one can face when they have been diagnosed with diabetes. One of the most frustrating is memory loss. Memory loss can occur in most people as they age. But sometimes, memory loss can be due to circulatory problems and hormonal changes in the body. When this happens, one may feel inadequate and insecure.

To preclude memory loss when a someone has diabetes, one should turn their diet to consist of foods with fiber, protein, and calcium that will stimulate blood flow and also help replace some of the nutrients lost. Practice will also promote blood flow.

Stimulating the brain by reading, solving crossword puzzles, and looking new hobbies are ways to keep the brain alert. Many times, it is the short term memory that will be affected. By stimulating the brain, one can minimize the damage that may be caused. Since memory loss can also be caused by other diseases, it is prominent to have a check up yearly to rule if diabetes is present.

Memory loss is one corollary of diabetes that can be improved when diabetes is detected in its early stages. Although diabetes is a life long illness, this does not mean that a someone has to suffer from all of the side effects that could occur. Memory loss can occur at any time during one's life. While a someone may be upset, they should not worry too much about it. By altering one's lifestyle and staying busy both physically and mentally, one will be able to lead a long, salutary life.
